While there is never a substitute for supervised and attended personal
training, we do understand that there are many exercisers who have successful exercise
programs without a personal trainer. Some of these independent exercisers use the knowledge, experience
and expertise of a certified cyber trainer to keep their exercise program consistent,
progressive and in top notch shape.

Cyber training is especially helpful to those exercisers that have the self discipline
and ability to workout alone and who have some previous experience using the equipment
or doing similar exercises to those prescribed to you by your cyber trainer
Beginners using machines and equipment are always better off learning machine,
equipment and exercise basics. But any of our clients will be shown examples of
proper technique either through videos or by written instruction.
My Body Science Cyber Training does not give the same program to everyone.
We do not use a computer to ask you questions and then spit out a program for you.
This cannot be done !
We believe that your body is a science. As such, we need to speak with you and review various factors that affect your exercise program
to help you come
up with effective and achievable exercise plans and goals. You know when, where and how much time you can put
into your exercise program, we will help you determine the rest.
We also offer avenues for you to increase your knowledge about the
various aspects of your particular exercise program, nutritional elements, and other
information that can help you understand exercise, health and life style issues
better.
Our software lets you track your exercises, lifestyle issues, nutrition
and body composition changes and will provide body composition analysis factoring
in these elements. Our software developer is certified both as a software
developer and a personal trainer.
We do the research for your individual program. We also do the research for
our variable exercise programs. Then we provide you with the results.
Variable exercise
programs are programs of exercises where you decide when, where and how much to
do. We just make sure that these exercises have many advantages
! Not all exercises do. There are exercises that work isolated muscles instead of
whole muscle groups. These exercises are not specific to you like your cyber
training exercise program would be, but are exercises we select to work a
particular strategic muscle group or muscle system. This allows most exercises to
gain an advantage when using them.
